Bodyweight Strength Training with Adam Rosante
Join renowned fitness coach Adam Rosante and Evernow for a bodyweight strength training session!

The only piece of equipment you'll need is a chair, bench or box that you can step up onto. Ideally just below knee height, but if you have knee issues or are new to strength training, something lower may be more appropriate for you.

At the start of the session, Adam will address the impact strength training has on menopause. Feel free to submit questions ahead of time for him to answer before the workout begins.
